Here we go again
I need to work on my anger issues w/some people, well just one person in particular. Whenever someone is unjust, in my opinion, I say something about it because it is bothersome and can be disrespectful. Little things get to me and big things…i have my own way of coping with them. Any ways, I say something on the matter to the individuals who done something not right mostly it just stays the same or barely go through with. I say nothing and go about my business. I will just do it anyways to avoid arguments. I know it’s unhealthy to keep things bottled up but i have tried to let it go and it works for a while. Then get pissed over every little thing, I just loose it and feel as though people need a lesson to learn. Well you can’t change people unless they want to put in the work. Not talking about them but to myself since I have bad habits like this to rectify. *sigh* I don’t know how to handle it honestly. It’s currently just one person that does that.
